Vendors

The Virginia/Carolina ATHS Truck Club will only accept vendors of one product area. For example, there will only be one selling lemonade or ice cream. We will accept applications on first come first serve basis based on recommendations and product. Vendors with past show vending will get priority. The set up fee for vendors is a minimum of a $25.00 donation.

In addition, the Virginia/Carolina ATHS Truck Club is a non profit organization and relies only on donations. Please consider a reasonable donation as we will be able to bring back vendors next year with donations to cover power, water, and toilet expenses for a successful show and your successful vending experience.

We do not guarantee vending location. Truck show is rain or shine. Please be prepared for hot weather. There are very limited shaded areas. We are not liable or responsible for any damage or theft.
